After you have made an appointment to visit, you will get confirmation emails and reminder emails. Please if you have to cancel or reschedule use the links in those emails.
We ask that you provide us with a mobile telephone number so that we can contact you on the day.
Most of our showrooms are located in Serviced Office Spaces at Access Storage that allow access at any time of day.
Most appointments are handled by the Cocoon team from a remote off site location. A member of the team will ensure you have access to the showroom and you will have the room to yourself for the duration of the appointment.
They will be there to guide you and try and help with any questions you may have through our remote conferencing system.
We ask that you have a mobile phone with you for emergency contact should there be any technical issues with our systems.
